Membership Year

The club membership year runs from 1^st May to 30^th April.

 

Membership Categories

 

Full and 18-29* Year Old

Unfortunately, both our full and 18-29 membership categories are currently full. The window for application for the 2027-28 membership year will open in February 2027. Please check on this webpage in due course. Please note that we do not operate a waiting list; all unsuccessful applicants from the previous year would need to apply again.

 

Throughout the year, we make exceptions for team-level players. If you have a history of playing at a high level, please send your application to manager@westsideltc.co.uk. Please include your British Tennis Membership number (BTM) if you have one, your current singles and doubles WTN rating and a short playing history.

 

Junior 8-18* Year Old and Under 8* Year Old

Those categories are currently full, and future places will be considered primarily through our coaching program, which is open to everyone registered as a Coaching Member.

 

Coaching Membership

This category is open for registration throughout the year. It allows all players below 18 years old to join our terms coaching classes, as well as holiday camps. You can register for it by following this link CourtReserve .

 

7 Day Off Peak

This category is open for registration. It allows players to book courts on weekdays between noon and 4pm, and after 5pm on weekends. It also allows players to book group coaching lessons outside this window. If interested, please send an email to manager@westsideltc.co.uk

 

Social Membership

This category is open for registration. It allows non-playing members to use the club facilities and attend social events.
